Rooted in the Central Coast's finest neighborhoods.
We keep our footprint deliberate. Staying close to home is how we hold our standard — and how our crews arrive on time, every day, for the length of a build.
The Santa Barbara South Coast — and the estates beyond it.
Our home territory runs from the hills of Montecito through the neighborhoods of Santa Barbara, across the gated estates of Hope Ranch, and inland to the vineyards of the Santa Ynez Valley. These are the communities where we know the inspectors, the utilities, and the builders by name.
For a handful of signature projects each year, we travel beyond it. When the work is right and the client is willing to build a true partnership, distance is rarely the deciding factor.

Montecito
Hedgerow Lane, the Golden Quadrangle, Riven Rock, Picacho Lane, Hot Springs. Hillside estates and walled compounds are our home ground — and where much of our portfolio lives.
Santa Barbara
The Riviera, Mission Canyon, the Upper East, The Mesa. Landmark residences and full estate renovations that demand discretion and immaculate panel work.
Hope Ranch
La Vereda, Las Palmas, Roble Drive, Cuesta del Sol. Gated equestrian estates and coastal grounds where lighting design and reliable backup power are non-negotiable.
Carpinteria & Summerland
Padaro Lane, Sandyland, Toro Canyon, the Summerland bluffs. Beachfront estates and canyon retreats where standby power and landscape lighting matter most.
Santa Ynez Valley
Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, Ballard, Los Alamos. Vineyard residences and wine-country compounds where standby power and grid independence take center stage.
Goleta & Hope Ranch Annex
The Hope Ranch Annex, More Mesa, the Goleta foothills, Ellwood. Custom homes on demanding grades where rough-in coordination is everything.
We travel for the right project.
Lake Tahoe, the Central Coast, a second home in the mountains — a few times a year, a client and a project earn the trip. When we do travel, we travel fully: the same master electrician, the same crew, the same documentation and standard you would receive in Montecito.

Wine-country ranches and coastal properties sit far from the nearest substation, and often from the nearest crew. Here is how we make remote work feel local.
- Dedicated standby generators and battery storage sized for true grid independence
- Crews lodged near site for the duration, so mornings start on schedule
- Established relationships with rural utilities, inspectors, and Southern California Edison coordinators
- Remote-monitored power systems with proactive service before an owner ever notices
- Full as-built documentation handed over at close, so any future trade has a map
