Why color temperature consistency matters more than fixtures

A room can hold the finest hardware in the world and still feel wrong if the light is uneven. The eye reads color shift before it reads anything else — a foyer at 2700K opening into a kitchen at 4000K registers as a flaw long before a guest could name it.
