When the grid fails, nothing changes.
An estate should ride through an outage so smoothly that no one inside ever notices. We design and install whole-home standby generators and battery systems that restore power in seconds — silently, automatically, and without a single dropped light or stalled pump.
Seamless is the only acceptable standard.
For the homes we serve, backup power isn't a convenience — it protects wine cellars, wellness suites, security and surveillance, sump and well pumps, medical equipment, and the simple expectation that a dinner party continues uninterrupted. The system has to be invisible until the moment it's indispensable.
We engineer each installation around the property: the right generator and battery sizing, an automatic transfer switch that hands over in seconds, intelligent load management, and quiet siting that respects the architecture and the neighbors. Then we maintain it, so it's ready the night it's needed.

Whole-Home Standby
Air- and liquid-cooled standby generators from Generac and Kohler, sized to carry the entire residence — not just a handful of "essential" circuits.
Automatic Transfer Switch
A service-rated ATS that senses the outage, starts the generator, and transfers the load in seconds — then hands it back the moment utility power returns. No switches to flip.
Battery Storage
Tesla Powerwall and Enphase systems for instant, silent backup and daily solar self-supply — often paired with a generator for both quiet nights and indefinite runtime.
Intelligent Load Management
Smart load centers that shed and stage large loads — pool heaters, EV chargers, HVAC — so a right-sized source comfortably powers a very large home.
Quiet Siting & Enclosure
Sound-attenuated placement, screening, and acoustic enclosures that keep the system out of sight and out of earshot from the terrace and the bedrooms.
Maintenance Plans
Scheduled service, remote monitoring, and exercise checks so the system is proven and ready — verified on our calendar, not discovered during an outage.
Indefinite runtime, sized to how an estate lives.
We start with a true load study — not a rule of thumb. Pools, spas, multi-zone HVAC, EV charging, well and irrigation pumps, kitchens, and AV all factor in, with headroom for what's coming next. Then we choose the fuel that fits the property: natural gas for hands-off, indefinite runtime, or large on-site propane where gas isn't available.
For the quietest nights, a battery carries the home in silence and a generator stands ready for extended outages — the two working as one system, so power is always seamless and the home is never loud.
- True load study sized for the whole residence, with headroom
- Natural gas or large on-site propane fuel options
- Battery-plus-generator pairing for silent, indefinite backup
- Seamless transfer — no flicker, no dropped UPS, no reset clocks
- Code-compliant siting, clearances, and emissions handling
- Remote monitoring with alerts to us and to you
What happens when the lights would have gone out.
The entire sequence unfolds in seconds, untouched by anyone in the house. By the time a guest reaches for a phone flashlight, the home has already carried on.
Talk to the studio →The Grid Drops
The transfer switch detects the loss of utility power instantly and isolates the home from the grid for safety.
Battery Bridges
Where a battery is installed, it carries the load with zero interruption — no flicker, no reset — in complete silence.
Generator Starts
For longer outages the generator starts, warms, and assumes the load while management staging keeps everything within capacity.
Utility Returns
When the grid is back and stable, the system transfers home, cools down, and resets itself — and logs the event for us to review.
"We lost power for three days during the last fire season. The first I knew of it was the utility's text the next morning — the house never so much as blinked. The Powerwalls and the generator handed off without a sound. Worth every penny."
